With an intention to serve the student and parent communities and remain completely impartial, the school follows an explicit admission process.

  • Admission Fee for New Students - Rs. 5000/= One time & Non-Refundable. for classes Nur. to XII.
  • Fee can be deposited either through cheque or Online in :-
  • S.B.I.:- A/C No. 33698547170 in favour of  INDIGO PUBLIC SCHOOL,  IFSC Code no. SBIN0012846.
  • CANARA:- A/C No. 120003093519 in favour of  INDIGO PUBLIC SCHOOL,  IFSC Code no. CNRB0006793.
  • After depositing Online fee, Plaese share the transaction no. and collect the receipt also.
  • Parents  are  requested  to  deposit  the  fees  as  per  scheduled  Instalment  or the fee of whole year together.
  • Fee must be paid before the 5th of due month, after which a fine of Rs. 20 per day shall be charged.
  • If  the  fee  remains  unpaid  (till the end of scheduled month)  the  name  of the  student is likely to be struck off from the rolls.
Fee in cash will not be accepted.

Procedure for Admission
  1. Admission Enquiry :

Submit the online Admission Form or visit the school admissions office. Our counselor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

  1. Registration :

The Admission Department Staff attends to these inquiries and informs parents to fill up the Registration Forms. The Admission Officer checks all the forms received on a daily basis. The parent is called to check for availability of the child, and the date for the Admission Interview.

  1. School Visit:

Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution. A meeting can be scheduled with the Principal, so parents can have an interaction with the Head of the school, ask questions, and collect any information they require.

  1. Form submission :

The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.

  1. Payment of Fees :

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

  1. Documents Required :
  • Evidence of having graduated from the previous class.
  • 4 photographs student.
  • 2 parents’ photographs.
  • Original TC from the previous school.
  • Proof of Residence.
  • Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification.
  • Photocopies of all achievement certificates in the field of Academics, Sports, Extra-Curricular activities.

Acceptance of Admission:

  • Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies.
  • The admission form should be filled up in full and should be deposited before the date fixed for it.
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • Depositing of the form is not admitting of the student.
  • The school reserves the right to admissions.
Rules and Regulation
  • Admission Fee for New Student Rs 5000/- one time & Non-Refundable. For classes Nur. to XII No Admission Fee For Play-Group.
  • Fee can be deposited Online in A/C No. 33698547170 in favor of “INDIGO PUBLIC SCHOOL” and IFSC Code No. SBIN0012846.
  • Parents are requested to deposit the fees as per Installment or for the whole year together.
  • The fee must be paid before the 5th of the due month, after which a fine of Rs 20/- per day hall be charged, and if the fees still remain unpaid ( till the end of the month) the name of the student would be struck off from the rolls.
  • The installment system is only to facilitate the parents. It is not charged as per the Quarter Charges.
  • In case the fee is not deposited by the 10th month, a late fee fine @ 20/- per day will be Charged.
  • The above-mentioned fee structure does not include the uniform & stationery charges.
  • Transport charges will be charged extra as per norms (According to distance and route).
  • Timings for depositing the fee is 08:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on all working days.
  • Please make payment through cross Cheque/Pay order/DD in favor of “Indigo Public school” payable at Jodhpur only.
  • Please bring the fee card at the time of depositing the fee.
