Pre-Primary

Examinations
Exams are the way to test student’s knowledge. Exams and tests help the students concentrate on their studies, learn their lessons properly, and to enhance the real skills, talents, and knowledge. It is the way to express their real knowledge and ability in the written form. It teaches a lot of things and gives training on various things like punctuality, writing skills, and timing sense, expressing our thoughts and opinions, and so on. In the senior school, we have regular exams Continuous Assessment, Initiations, Half-yearly, Trials, Pre – boards, and finals.

Attendance Rules

1.) 90% attendance of the student is compulsory.

2.) Planned leave will require an application in advance by the student concerned and signed by the parent/guardian concerned.

3.) In case the student lags behind his/her fellow students due to his/her unpunctuality and absence from the class, the parents/guardians concerned will bear the responsibility for it.

4.) No student will be allowed to remain absent during the examination in any case.

Rules and Regulation

Indigo Public School is a community wherein all its members recognize that each member has specific rights and responsibilities. Students are expected to exercise self-discipline and exhibit appropriate behavior in their relationships with others.

1.) Students should come to school 10 minutes before the bell rings for assembly. Any student who is found coming late will be penalized.

2.) Students are not allowed to bring with them costly material and money. School is not responsible for its loss.

3.) The school uniform is to be worn on all school days and in all functions of the school.

4.) Parents will attend to the cleaning of teeth, trimming of hair and proper nails, etc. Of their wards.

5.) If a student is absent for ten days continuously without and information, his name will be struck off the rolls without any notice.

6.) Guardians will have to take prior permission (in written) from the principal for half-day leave.
